Museo Novecento
On February 14, on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the Municipality of Florence, the Metropolitan City and MUS.E propose a special day dedicated to all couples in love, with ad hoc initiatives in Palazzo Vecchio, Museo Novecento and Palazzo Medici Riccardi.
The day’s program includes thematic visits focused on the theme of love in history, art and myth, to celebrate the strongest feeling through beauty. At the Museo Novecento it will be possible to be guided along the path For art and for love (at 3 and 4 pm), to discover the great love stories linked to some of the works in the Ragione collection, such as the famous Pisana by Arturo Martini, but also to the same exposed artists who have sometimes found in love, sometimes in lack of love, the inspiration for their artistic journey.
