Last stop, next 29 June in Florence, of #socialcity, the first tour in Italian cities to talk about the new services for citizens through the ultra-broadband infrastructure and the new methods of public communication via the web and social networks. The path, which has touched five different Italian cities, was born with the contribution of Open Fiber, committed to bringing ultra-fast bandwidth throughout Italy and in collaboration with ANCI, the representative institution of Italian municipalities, which has always been committed to development and promotion of innovative services for citizens.

The innovative format of dissemination and sharing of web and social good practices of public bodies and companies that every day inform and communicate with citizens, through social networks and chats, has already reached Cagliari, Bari, Palermo and Naples and arrives on June 29th. in Florence with an event in collaboration with Mus.e, Florentine Civic Museums, and with the participation of the main experiences that provide services through social networks and messaging apps and experts of new local and national communication.

The appointment, scheduled from 10 to 13, will be moderated by the director of citizensiditwitter.it Francesco Di Costanzo and will be introduced by greetings from the mayor of Florence, Dario Nardella, the president of the Florence Chamber of Commerce, Leonardo Bassilichi, and Alessandro Zerboni, head of media relations and Open Fiber communication. Following two round tables: “Social networks to inform and communicate the services of the PA” with Sergio Talamo, Director of Communication, Transparency, Publishing of Formez PA, Sergio Mazzei, Spokesperson and Head of the Communications Office of the Revenue Agency, Alessandra Serra, head of social networks Ministry of Sport, Francesca Sborgi, digital communication department Uffizi Galleries, Antonio Ponzo Pellegrini, Councilor for Smart City of the Municipality of Empoli, Christian Tosolin, social media manager of the Municipality of Trieste.
