Museo Novecento
During the Easter period, from Thursday 24 to Tuesday, March 29, the Mus Association. and offers a rich booklet of guided tours and workshops in the Florentine Civic Museums for families, adults and children.
The program will involve Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Maria Novella and the Museo Novecento and every day you can choose from a wide range of activities.

The visit allows you to retrace back the twentieth century by identifying the movements, poetics and artists that have marked the decades, with a strongly interdisciplinary approach and a specific attention to Italy and Florence. Starting from the 1988 Venice Biennale, intended as the first recognition of the young Florentines De Lorenzo, Guaita and Catelani, the route revives the tensions and ideals of the seventies and sixties – with great works such as the Superarchitettura by Archizoom and Adolfo Natalini or the Plurimo by Emilio Vedova – and then delve into the central years of the twentieth century, These include Alberto Della Ragione, whose collection includes masterpieces by De Chirico, Sironi, Casorati, Depero, Morandi and Martini. In the interweaving of painting, sculpture, music, poetry, fashion, cinema and theater, the path takes the public until the dawn of the century, animated by the first impulses of the international avant-garde.
