As every first Sunday of every month, Sunday, April 3 returns the #DomenicaMetropolitana!

During the #DomenicaMetropolitana in April it will be possible, as usual thanks to the support of Giotto-FILA, to take part in a rich program of tours, visits and activities in the Florentine Civic Museums both for adults – including the conference-conversation Palazzo Vecchio tells: the great feasts of the Florentine Renaissance curated by Giaele Monaci in Palazzo Vecchio – both for families with children.

The program also includes visits to the Museo Gino Bartali Via Chiantigiana,175 -Ponte a Ema- and the Museo del Bigallo (Piazza San Giovanni 1) with guided tours every hour 9.30-12.30a.m. The renovated Museo della Misericordia in Piazza Duomo also participates in the Metropolitan Sunday, with free guided tours at 3.15p.m, 4.30p.m and 5.15p.m.

The Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi also adheres to the day by proposing at 11.30a.m the appointment Let’s talk about art, a conversation on display on the occasion of the exhibition From Kandinsky to Pollock. The great art of the Guggenheim: the activity is free with a fee.

Please note that all guided tours and activities are free for citizens resident in the metropolitan city of Florence and booking is mandatory. At the time of booking it is possible to reserve only one appointment during the day for a maximum of 5 people.
