String City

Strings City is a multi-site festival dedicated to music for stringed instruments which for two days will be filling the city’s most suggestive cultural venues with sound. The programme, ranging from classical music to the most contemporary melodies, breathes life into an orchestra of sounds and places that will set all of Florence vibrating.

Strings City is a music-and-art festival, a unique experience for a weekend charged with emotion.

During this second edition of the festival, the Museo Novecento is hosting two musical moments curated by the Fondazione Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.
