In the workshop of Corrente. Youth disquiet and artistic production at the end of the 30s
The breakthrough of young artists of the Milanese magazine “Corrente di vita giovanile” (1938-1940) deeply influenced the artistic debate at the end of the century. The often polemic nature of their approach and the creation of new languages opening up to a European dimension established, not without contradictions, an artistic standard that was to go through the years of the war.
Presentation of the exhibit Resistere nel tempo. Guttuso, Manzù and the “Memorie di una resistente borghese” in the presence of the Mayor of the Comune di Pelago Renzo Zucchini, of the President of the Consiglio Comunale Giacomo Peroni and the President of the Fondazione Corrente of Milan Gianni Cervetti.
Free entrance while seats last.
