Florence inaugurates its Museo Novecento, dedicated to 20th century Italian art.

Tuesday, June 24, on the occasion of Saint John the Baptist, patron saint of Florence, the Museo Novecento at 12 will be officially open: for the whole day, until 22 hours, you can access it free of charge.

From De Chirico to Morandi, from Emilio Vedova to Renato Guttuso, up to the section

Florentine at the Venice Biennale, the Museo Novecento unites two natures: a civic museum, through a story that links the civic collections of the twentieth century to the history of the city, and an ‘immersive’ museum, going to integrate the city heritage with testimonies of national and international artistic events, which have marked the territory since the second half of the sixties.
