Florence restarts with culture: from Wednesday 28 April the Florentine Civic Museums will reopen
Culture marks the restart of Florence. From this week civic museums and theaters will be accessible again, cultural venues that in recent months have continued to produce, do research, experiment, program exhibitions and which in a few hours will be able to reopen to the public according to the anti-Covid regulations in force.
“Florence flourishes thanks to culture – underlined the councilor for culture Tommaso Sacchi - : all the protagonists of the sector have worked with great enthusiasm to ensure the re-ignition of the activities and there is no more incisive signal in a city like that of the reopening of museums and theaters, real places of life, sociability, education, and community. We hope that, despite the caution that the health situation requires, we can now look to the future with more optimism and continuity without those stop & go that have caused disorientation and prevented planning that is not short-term”.
As for the civic museums, these will open from Wednesday 28 April, including Saturday and Sunday, with full opening hours.
