Visits, activities and itineraries for families and adults at the Museo Novecento

For the time of the holidays, from 26 December 2021 to 9 January 2022, the Florentine Civic Museums, Palazzo Medici Riccardi and MUS.E organize a rich program of visits, meetings and activities aimed at the public.

At the Museo Novecento they will be held guided tours of the exhibition of the great British artist Jenny Saville will be offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday and at 12.30 those to the permanent collection of the museum, while in the afternoons of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 4.30 pm Figure, the painting workshop for families with children 8/12 years will be active.

The Christmas program is presented thanks to the precious support of American Express, GIOTTO – love brand of F.I.L.A. Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini, Tenderly – brand of Lucart Spa, Officina Profumo Farmaceutica of Santa Maria Novella and Unicoop Firenze.

In the Florentine Civic Museums, the proposals cost € 2.50 (residents of the Metropolitan City of Florence) and € 5.00 (non-residents of the Metropolitan City of Florence) in addition to the entrance ticket to the museum; they are free for holders of the Card del Fiorentino, within the limit of three annual proposals. Reduction 2 × 1 for Unicoop Firenze members.
In Palazzo Medici Riccardi the proposals cost € 2.00 (residents of the Metropolitan City of Florence) and € 4.00 (non-residents of the Metropolitan City of Florence) in addition to the entrance ticket to the museum. Reduction 2 × 1 for Unicoop Firenze members.

Opening hours to the public during holidays:

Saturday 25 December: closed
Saturday 1 January: postponed opening at 2 pm
Thursday 6 January: open from 11am to 8pm
